Jewish communities in Moscow

Community “Dor Revii”

The Dor Revii Community (Fourth Generation) was founded in December 2001. Initially, it consisted of students in a programming course founded by IDT. Then the community was replenished with graduates of subsequent courses, and today it includes about 70 people.

Community “Ohaley Yaakov”

The mission of the Ohaley Yaakov community on Pokrovka is to bring each Jew closer to his traditions and origins through the study of the Torah; in a warm, friendly atmosphere, quality Jewish holidays and customs.

Community “Beit Sfaradi”

The grand opening of the Beit Sfaradi Mountain Jews synagogue on the territory of the Sadovod Shopping Complex in Moscow took place on the 10th of Nisan 5771 (in April 2011). We must pay tribute to the fact that the synagogue managed to gather permanent parishioners, the number of which is growing day by day, long before that and during its existence has made great strides in attracting representatives of the Jewish community to daily prayers and Shabbat meetings.

Community “Darkey Shalom”

The ceremonial laying of the stone of the new Jewish Community in Otradny took place in the spring of 1997, and in December of the same year we celebrated the first candle of the Hanukkah celebration in the new building. Then, for the first time, near the building of the Synagogue, a large Hanukkah lamp also lit up, announcing another miracle: another candle shone on the Jewish map of Moscow – the new Jewish community, Darkey Shalom.

Community “Beit Aaron”

Beit Aaron is a warm Jewish community in the Southwest. Here every morning, at 8 in the morning you can pray. Jewish classes of all ages are held here daily, Monday through Sunday. For women and men. Here every evening there are hevruts for those who want to learn more seriously.

Community “North”

The Jewish community of Severnaya on Valdai drive is a unique world of a Jewish town on the outskirts of Moscow. This is not a lecture hall, nor a synagogue, nor a social security. It is all together. This is when we are all together. This is “mini-Israel”, in which people of a high level of knowledge, erudition, culture and tact reunited in the community to feel that each of them is needed, desired, interesting. This is a place where you can conveniently come to visit, on foot, and where you can discover the unknown world and find authentic oneself.

Lyubertsy community “Beit Marina”
